Course Overview

This masterclass is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the soft skills and behavioral competencies that are essential for success in today's workplace. The course will cover a wide range of topics, including:

ØCommunication: Participants will learn how to effectively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing. They will learn about active listening, effective feedback, and how to handle difficult conversations.

ØLeadership: Participants will gain an understanding of different leadership styles and learn how to effectively lead a team. They will also learn about emotional intelligence and how to navigate power dynamics in the workplace.

What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?

The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. What does the course fee cover?
