Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Review tender documents, scope of works, check feasibility of qualifications, financial criteria, prepare required documents, and share information with management to obtain approval to submit tenders.
• Follow up technical proposals preparation and readiness with concerned teams.
• Attending pre-tender meetings and requesting inquiries from customers.
• Review contractual terms and conditions, liquidity compensation, performance guarantee, milestones, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and fees.
• Prepare tender review information to ensure adequate adherence to methodology, pricing and contingency margin.
• Clarify the terms of tenders, manage the preparation of tenders on government and public sector portals.
• manage tenders to ensure its compliance with the organization’s requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for synchronization and preparation.
• Coordinate and modify tender reviews and deadlines according to those provided by clients.
• Contribute to cost and price calculations.
