Mohamed’s professional career spans to more than 15 years, working in several multinational services companies (Vodafone, National Societe General Bank - Egypt, Commercial International Bank – Egypt, BNP Paribas, Al Raihi and Mashreq Banks), as well as the National Bank of Kuwait) in Customer Service, Key Account Management, CRM and Quality Assurance departments. Since 2006, he has been working as a Business Process Development Specialist for various consulting companies such as Contacts Plus, Pronat Consulting and Solutions Consulting Group. Throughout his training and consulting career, Mohamed has involved in several projects in Egypt and Gulf region focusing on service industry (Banking, real estate, telecom, automotive) through applying his areas of expertise in Strategic Planning, Customer Experiences, Quality Management, Training & Development, BPM - Business Process Management and Performance Management. Currently, Mr. Gharib works as a corporate instructor for Middle and Top Management at the Ministry of Investment – Egypt. Since 2006 Mohamed has been involved in consulting projects in Egypt and Gulf Region focusing on Contact Centers and service companies restructuring, BPM designing, reengineering and implementation. Additionally, he has also worked in Quality Certificates preparation (COPC and Benchmark portal – call center excellence) for contact centers in-house and outsourcing. Mohamed joined the ministry of investment- Egypt (“LMDC” leadership management & development center) as Business Consultant & Corporates Instructor. At the moment, he is working as Senior Professional Development Consultant and Expert Trainer in Leoron Professional Development Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from Cairo University - Egypt in 1999, as well as a Marketing diploma from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology - Egypt in 2003. Whilst pursuing his academic studies to serve his vision toward service industry, Mohamed obtained his “MBA” from Arab Academy for Science and Technology – Egypt in 2005. What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.

What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
