About The Mentor

Pierre is a CPA and CMA trainer with experience in corporate accounting and corporate and private development training. He is providing a blend of technical knowledge and practical experience as he himself offers such a skill set combination that will be invaluable to the overall success of the program. Pierre started his professional career as a financial analyst at Nestlé Foods Canada Inc. where he was involved in the Performed analysis of inter-company inventory transfers in preparation for the consolidated financial statements and reconciled various general ledger accounts, including inventory and inter-company accounts. Pierre is currently an Accounting Lecturer at the Concordia University, John Molson School of Business (JMSB), Montréal, QC, Canada. Teaching of Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting to students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has professional hands-on experience in financial accounting, managerial accounting, consolidation as well as extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Standards for Private Entities (ASPE), and US GAAP. Highly proficient in Excel with Pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUPS, and many other functions. He has a long track record of delivering tailor made training solutions around the world with more than 18 years of experience in private and public entities. Pierre is a member of the CPA Canada Quebec Chapter.

What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.

What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
