The travel industry is unique in that its clients spend a lot of time with the service provider. This means that they have a lot of time to thoroughly review and identify any issues they may have with the service. Without exceptional service standards, both the customer and the provider will not be satisfied. Regardless of the reason for their trip, customers expect a certain level of quality when it comes to their service. Therefore, it is important that the providers of goods and services meet the expectations of their customers.
This course will introduce the participants to quality management in the tourism industry. It will introduce you to the concept of customer care management and how it can help improve the performance of your business.

What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or register@leoron.com.
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
